RETURNS POLICY
We work hard to sell and create high-quality products, however, if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please email info@colucci.uk within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please return the item(s) in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please send your return via an insured, traceable method using your normal postal service and mark your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at customs. Please retain your shipping documentation.
Return shipment costs and any related charges are not covered by COLUCCI.
We do not accept returns of goods that have been worn, altered, made-to-order, pierced jewellery, or facemasks.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of
tender.
MADE-TO-ORDER & MADE-TO-MEASURE & BESPOKE ITEMS
At COLUCCI, many of our pieces are created specially for you — either made-to-order, made-to-measure or bespoke. This process ensures each garment or accessory is crafted with care, intention, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Please note the following terms:
- Final Sale: All made-to-order, made-to-measure, or bespoke items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Client Measurements: Where measurements are provided by the client, responsibility for accuracy lies with the client. COLUCCI cannot accept accountability for fit discrepancies resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements.
- Alterations: Adjustments may be possible at an additional cost and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Craftsmanship Variations: As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations may occur. These are a hallmarks of artisanal production and not considered defects.
By placing an order for a made-to-order, made-to-measure, or bespoke item, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
SOCK SUBSCRIPTION
- By subscribing to the COLUCCI Sock Subscription, you agree to receive curated deliveries according to your chosen plan (monthly or seasonal).
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal until you pause or cancel, which you can do anytime through your COLUCCI account.
- Subscriptions begin with the next scheduled dispatch, sent on the first business Monday of the month.
- We offer one complimentary size exchange for new subscribers, but exchanges for style or colour preference are not available, as each pair is part of our considered seasonal curation.
- Cancellations must be made at least five days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
