When do you send socks out?
All subscriptions are dispatched on the first business Monday of each month. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Can I choose the start date of my subscription?
Not at this stage — your first delivery will be included in the next scheduled dispatch cycle.
What if my socks don’t fit?
Our socks are designed to fit true to size, so we recommend reviewing our size chart before placing your order.
However, if your first pair isn’t quite right, we offer one complimentary size exchange for new subscribers.
