A Letter from Our Founder: Two Years of COLUCCI

Dear COLUCCI Enthusiast,

On September 12th, 2023, I registered The House of COLUCCI Ltd. — the official start date of the brand on paper. But in truth, COLUCCI began long before that.

From my final years as a fashion design student, I knew I would one day create my own house. Still, I also knew I needed to learn from within the industry first. For me, those years working in fashion were not a detour but a continuation of my studies — lessons in craftsmanship, detail, and the reality of what makes a brand endure.

Straight out of school, I joined Canada’s leading bespoke tailoring house, before moving to London to pursue my dream of working on Savile Row. I seemed to tick off each career milestone at the right time, naturally and with purpose. Ten years later, after working across tailoring, luxury collections, film wardrobes, and red-carpet moments, it felt like the right moment to begin COLUCCI.

At first, I launched while still working full-time, testing the waters carefully. Now, as COLUCCI enters its second year, I feel both deep gratitude for everyone who has supported me and real excitement for what’s ahead — because this is the moment I devote myself fully to the brand.

The first two years have been about laying the foundation: refining the vision, perfecting products, and seeing if what I create resonates with others. And it has — every piece bought, every story shared, every word of encouragement has shown me that there is space, and need, for COLUCCI.

We are living in a time of great change in fashion — headlines of creative directors moving, consumer trust faltering, and questions around what luxury truly means. Many would say it’s a difficult moment to launch an independent brand. Strangely, I feel the opposite. In times like these, people need brands like COLUCCI more than ever: houses built on trust, intention, individuality, and craftsmanship. Change is good — and I feel confident that from this low point, we will rise.

At the heart of COLUCCI lies a simple belief: clothing should not be fleeting. It should be crafted with care, designed to endure, and carry meaning for those who wear it.

Looking ahead, you can expect more made-to-measure clothing for both men and women, as well as more pop-ups and exciting collaborations that reflect our philosophy of thoughtful luxury.

I would like to thank you for being a part of this journey. Your support — whether through a purchase, a kind word, or simply by following along — has carried COLUCCI forward. This next chapter is about growth, yes, but also about staying true to what makes us special: craftsmanship, timelessness, and individuality.
